"Black Picket" is about to enter its final chapter, but fans don't have to worry, because Amazon recently announced at San Diego Comic-Con that an exciting prequel series, "VoughtRising," is coming soon.
The prequel series will take the time back to the 1950s and focus on two of Walter's earliest and most powerful superheroes, Soldier Kid and Storm, with Jason Axe playing Soldier Kid.
Eric Kripke, the show director for "The Black Picket," described the prequel as a "twisted murder mystery" that will delve into how the Walter Company descended from a noble corporation to an evil behemoth.
The exact air date for "VoughtRising" is still unknown, but fans can't wait to see the prequel unravel the dark history of the company.
